CURRENT QUARTER FLASH SALE:

Lots of you have been running Flash Sales for years (don't do it unless you have a big enough customer base, these are really about VOLUME) so I didn't cover every single tiny thing, always remember to incorporate things that work well for your customers, and exclude things that don't!

THERE IS A EUFORIA FLASH SALE, AND A "SUGGESTED FLASH SALE"
The Suggested Flash Sale uses products from the Success Suggested Products and some Brand Spotlight Products 🩷 Always confirm that you can get any products you include from the Distributors that you are signed up with, and know where to get products
(you can click the "where to buy" on each product page)

THERE ARE OVER 300 PRODUCTS WITH PRE-MADE GRAPHICS AND THE UPLOAD FOR YOU 🙌
ALSO, WE AREN'T SUGGESTING YOU DO THEM ALL
Pick and choose from what's provided. Our suggestion? 50-80 Products for your sale

SHOPIFY GRAPHICS:
So that you can use your Shopify Flash Sale uploads again, there won't be images! We suggest uploading the Flash Sale Deal images to the products you are including in your sale.

IMPORTANT:
Remember to look and read before you post! These are large events for a lot of people. Adjust any prices, check for items you don't want to include, add any items you do, and create anything you need to based on available sale products or inventory!

... AND FINALLY TWEAK THINGS, especially if you are doing FACEBOOK ONLY. If most of your sales come from text and your website, then having "original content" doesn't matter, but on Facebook it can negatively impact your algorithms if everyone is using the same thing. Change up some colors, some verbiage, add your logo, etc.

TIP FOR LARGE EVENTS:
You can share a VIEW ONLY LINK to your Canva Sale Graphics once you make any edits so they can swipe the graphics to see the whole sale in one place (if you don't put it on your website)

*all items are set as draft so they won't be active right away. That way you can get it ready ahead of time, check your pricing and add your images.... then and make it live in 2 minutes the morning of your sale.

You can also follow these same steps for Doorbusters (you will need to create and add those)...

IN SHOPIFY:

  1. Upload the products

  2. Create a COLLECTION called Flash Sale, or edit your existing one, and select SMART as the collection type

  3. Make it include all Products tagged with the "Flash Sale" Tag

  4. Then go into your MENU, and create a FLASH SALE menu item, and select your Flash Sale Collection.

  5. Then mark your Flash Sale products as active...
  • From the main Product Page, click on the Draft Tab.

  • From the Draft tab, click on the 🔎 on the right hand side, and a search bar will pop up

  • UNDER the search bar, click on Tag. Search the Flash Sale Tag.

  • Once your Flash Sale items pop up, click the little box to select all, then click the blue Select all link.

  • Once they are all selected, click the "Set as Active" button on the right.

Be sure to look over the Flash Sale Steps for additional information on running a Flash Sale with Shopify (and in general!)

To turn it off...

Follow the same steps that you used to "Set to active" but instead, "Set to Draft"

Then delete your Flash Sale Menu item! That's it. Leave the collection as it, so that you can reuse the same Flash Sale Products next time

We do NOT suggest having ALL items in your sale, but we are providing graphics, uploads, etc for all Euforia, and all "Suggested" products so that you can more easily add / delete the items you do, or don't want in your sale.

*if you have already done a FLASH SALE UPLOAD, you can use the previous sale and just upload the new images, confirm prices, and remove or add products, or do a fresh upload, whatever you prefer
