If your state is not listed on the form, you can include the resale permit provided by your state, please note, this is different than your resale license.

4. Please email Sarah@ecn.com once you have applied and she will have your lead transferred to her, she will reach out to you within one business day.

Note: Sarah will reach out by email. This email will come from Sarah@ecn.com, the email will include her contact information, and calendar link to set up a call. She will also call within an hour of sending the email, so if you are available, watch for that, otherwise set up a call time. The purpose of the phone call is to go over any questions regarding ECN, and for Sarah to explain shipping; demos, BO’s and any other FAQ’s.

After your call with Sarah, her manager Eileen will send you a Docusign, this is for your primary payment method for ECN to keep on file, this will come from Eileen Roney.

Once the Docusign is completed they will have your account built within 1 business day; and you will have full access to order at ECN.com.

ECN is closed over the weekend so if you apply on Friday, the earliest you will hear from someone will be the following Tuesday - as Mondays are reserved for processing orders from the weekend. Please allow up to 5 business days to hear from ECN about your account. If you haven't heard anything (and checked your spam folders) within that time frame, feel free to contact Sarah directly. After giving her a day or two to respond, feel free to contact Lucy.
