I'm going to be talking a lot this week about Kegel exercises and strengthening your pelvic floor because so many women don't realize these muscles can affect things like bladder leaks, core strength, confidence, and even intimacy.

Keep an eye on my posts! In the meantime... have you ever used Kegel balls or a pelvic floor trainer before?

If YES

That's awesome! Me too! I think they're such a great way to work those muscles, and there are so many better options now than there used to be.

Are you mainly looking to:
• maintain your strength,
• improve bladder control,
• or build more pelvic floor strength?

No worries at all! Honestly, most women haven't, and nobody really teaches us this stuff.  Would you like me to explain how they work?

If They Say YES

Absolutely!  Think of your pelvic floor like any other muscle in your body. If you never use it, it can weaken over time—especially after pregnancy, with aging, heavy lifting, chronic coughing, or even just everyday life.

Kegel exercises help strengthen those muscles. Kegel trainers and weighted Kegel balls simply give those muscles something to work with, kind of like adding resistance when you lift weights at the gym. Think of it like a gym day for your vajayjay.  JK– but really.

The goal isn't just intimacy (although many women notice benefits there too!). Strong pelvic floor muscles may help with:

• Better bladder control
• Core support and stability
• Increased muscle awareness
• Improved confidence
• Supporting your pelvic health as you age

There are actually three different trainers I carry, depending on whether you're a beginner or looking for more of a challenge.

And just like any other muscle… If you never exercise it...It gets weaker.

"How to do a Kegel"

"One of the biggest mistakes women make is thinking a Kegel means squeezing everything as hard as possible.

It doesn't.  Imagine you're trying to stop yourself from peeing mid-stream.

That's the muscle. Let’s go ahead and have a little kegel party right now 

Now… Squeeze.

Hold for about five seconds. 

Relax completely.

Repeat 10 times.

The goal isn't squeezing harder.

It's building strength over time.

Think of it like lifting weights—but for muscles nobody can see.

The stronger those muscles become, the better they support your bladder, core, and intimate wellness.

Now- sometimes we  need a little support. Kegel balls will help identify that you are using the correct muscles and help you focus your workout.  Must like lifting weights, you can  move your arms and create resistance with your arm– but when you add a weight, it’s better.  Thats where Kegel Balls come in .

GAME PLAY:

I play 3 standard games of bingo. Prizes are typically in the $20-$25 range, or higher if I got something on super sale. I call bingo numbers on the live while VIPs follow along and interact in the comments.

Create a basket filled with fun goodies that people can choose from when they book.

Ideas include:

• Products you purchased inexpensively
• Sale or clearance items
• 2 oz. sample sizes
• Retired products you no longer carry
• Overstock items

Pro Tip: Keep an eye on sale pages from larger distributors. You don't need expensive gifts—just items that look fun and have perceived value.

Place the basket somewhere prominent so guests can see it throughout the party.

The Booking Script

About halfway through your party, say:

"You all are so much fun, and I would absolutely love to party with you again!

Some of you may find that your wishlist is looking a little bigger than your wallet tonight—and that's the perfect reason to host a party.

My parties are free and fun, plus you'll help (Hostess Name) earn even more freebies tonight.

So here's what we're going to do. I brought my basket of goodies with me tonight. 

If you'd like to host your own party, you're going to scan the QR code right here (hold up the sheet), pick your date on that site, and you'll get to choose a free gift from this basket tonight.

There are some fun things in here like (mention a few items and their value).

Plus, if you flip this sheet over, you'll see all of the rewards you can earn by hosting.

And here's the best part-

For every booking tonight, (Hostess Name) gets a (50% off) item and $25 in free shopping credit to spend at each of those parties.

Create FOMO

If you use an online scheduler like Koalendar, you'll receive a notification as soon as someone books.

When it happens, make a BIG deal out of it!

"Yay! Sarah just picked her date! Come pick your gift!"

Have her choose her freebie right in front of everyone.

People naturally become curious when they see someone getting rewarded. Excitement builds, and suddenly booking a party feels like something everyone wants to do.

Remember

People don't book parties because they need another thing on their calendar.

They book because:

✔️ It feels easy.
✔️ They want the rewards.
✔️ They want to help the hostess.
✔️ They don't want to miss out.

Keep it simple, keep it exciting, and always make booking feel like a celebration.
