You will be sharing YOUR product line, and taking orders directly from your customers, so make sure you have either a Digital Catalog, or a website so that your customers will be able to easily shop. I won't be sharing a Mega Party Catalog, since this will be 100% Brand Generic 🎄 Also important for this event, they will not be getting their orders by Christmas! If you want to pull some magic out for them, cool, but that's not the focus, we are just having fun during the December dead weeks!

AND BECAUSE THIS EVENT IS PRIZE HEAVY...
The more guests we have, the more money there is for prizes... the more cool stuff I can give away.

Overview

Are super simple:

  1. HAVE FUN!
  2. You acknowledge you are responsible for all prizes, except the big ones.
  3. You promise to be in touch with your customers, and submit pulls in a timely manner.

And then the not so fun but "gotta say it" big one:

You will NOT under any circumstances reach out to a customer that you DID NOT confirm with me. If someone needs help, refer them back to the woman that they paid to join the event. You will each be submitting every single one of your paid guests to me, and you will have access to that list. If they aren't "under you" do not reach out to them.

This doesn't happen often (and almost every single time it has been an honest mistake) but if you are intentionally poaching or connecting with customers that are NOT confirmed as shopping with you, not only will you lose access to future Mega Parties, but it could result in an non-refundable cancellation of your Success Systems Membership.

I will probably change things up, and you need to let me flexible and "read the group" 💕 I can usually get a solid gauge on how things are going, and what I need to do next. If I can't do that, it gets shitty, and boring, and me bored isn't fun.

Also, the timeline SHOULD NOT BE SHARED WITH GUESTS unless something is in a script. If asked when something is happening, say things like "babe, it's Lucy, who knows, but my best guess is XYZ" and reassure them that everything will be available to them on replay, and nothing has to be attended live, even though I know it's fun.

Last thing...

YOU ARE WELCOME TO CREATE YOUR OWN ORDER DEADLINE.
If you want to rock it out hard for three days and tap, that's cool.

If you are traveling for the holidays, and have a hard stopping point, as long as you are telling your customers, then it's all good. They will still be in the Daily Drawings, etc. If you are worried I will add in a pop up incentive (not an invalid concern) you can remove your guests from the group when you are done,

It's A HUGE, FUN AS FERK Facebook Party! It's hosted by Lucy, and will be BRAND GENERIC. Your customers will be shopping directly with you, and all lives, posts and product mentions will not be brand specific! 🫶

  • By participating in this party, you are agreeing to provide the small prizes and discounts that your clients win. Prizes will be designed with you and your budget in mind - you WILL make money! I will be providing the Daily Giveaways, and any large Prizes I add to the Prize Pulls.

  • THIS IS A COPY PASTE EVENT! ALL the scripts and steps will be provided ! Your job - follow along and TRUST THE PROCESS!

  • I will handle the event, posts, prize pulls and party; you handle invites, taking orders and following up using the scripts provided!

  • The event is $5 PER GUEST. I will give you scripts for hyping the event and how to bring up the cost to your customer, and steps for collecting their registration and fee. They will also get $5 off their order, so they have nothing to lose.

  • The actual party will be in a separate group for all of your customers. Link to this group coming soon! If you have men interested in shopping, or customers not on Facebook, they are welcome to order, get prizes pulls, be entered into daily giveaways, and I will also share the link to watch a replay of the live party, however they cannot be in the party group.

  • In the Event, there will be interactive posts, memes, product posts, fun games and a Live Party. We will also have PRIZE PULL lives, giveaways and #MegaPartyCrack

  • Customers will get 1 PRIZE PULL for every 1 product purchased (so if they buy 5 items, they will start with 5 prize pulls and can earn more for each item they add onto their orders.)

  • You can take orders however you choose, on paper, through your own website, whatever works for you. Just keep in mind that they will be getting one prize for every item.

  • Shoppers WILL BE ABLE TO ADD to their orders, so DO NOT place orders for products right away. You will wait until you can bulk order at the end and get everything all at once (or twice, depending on how many customers you have shopping, or buy what you need as you place orders for parties, etc).

*you will be able to invite throughout the whole event! Don't stress getting behind, you will be walking your customers through the same process, no matter when they join!

YOU GET THE IDEA! At the beginning, at the end and along the way there will be all the verbiage you need.

You will collect the $5 fee from your customers, and then pay those to me. There will be a form that you will need to fill out as soon as you pay me their entry, so that I know they need to be accepted into the group (or if they aren't on FB, that they still need to be in the mix for prizes and giveaways).

NO FEE = NO PARTY.

  • They pay $5, you pay that to me, and then you give them $5 off their order. This gives them a little incentive to shop.

  • I will be creating a product on Shopify for the Fee, and give you the link. It's easier for everyone if you group your payments together. you will be able to buy multiple fees at once (so let's say 28 people pay you, you will change the Qty to 28)

  • If you want to pay the fee for your customers, or a few of your customers, you are welcome to. You would just submit them on the form the same way, as though they paid it. Either way, I treat them as "Fee Paid"

  • It's $5 whether your Customer joins the group or not, so all participants are paying the fee, men, women not on FB, everyone. This will get them into the Daily BIG PRIZE Giveaways, give them the $5 credit with you, make them eligible for Prize Pulls, any additional raffles, etc.

  • You can choose to collect payment via Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, etc. You can also choose to create a $5 Entry Fee Item in your PureShop, Shopify or Square, just be aware of the transaction fees.

  • The fee also helps you weed out gals who probably wouldn't shop anyway (and just want free shit). Anyone interested in shopping with you won't have an issue. This will save time on follow up. It will also prevent any consultants from mass inviting into the Event Group, since it will be for paid customers only.

I would NOT RECOMMEND incorporating any current parties or party orders into this event. Don't give prizes away just because. Focus on using this to boost your outside orders! But at the end of the day, it's your choice who you submit for prize pulls, because I can’t track it, so if you have ideas on how to incorporate it, like offering Prize Pulls to women who shop at a party, and want to use this event to generate further sales, go for it.

GENERATING HYPE!

Generating Hype and creating FOMO is not a post and pray thing! You need to lean in and talk things up. Customers need to see something up to 12 times to entice action, which means posting 2-3 times a day. They do NOT all have to be “Join My Party Mega” direct posts. The cool thing about Hype is that once you start getting the word out, even a post related to our theme might make them THINK about the Party, or just get you in their feeds. You have to remember with social too… that just because you post it, doesn’t mean they will see it.

HYPE is how you get your customers to want IN on Mega Party! Without HYPE, there’s zero fun or reason to join! The more you hype, the more visible you are! Think cheerleader for major sporting event… then imagine a half ass cheer squad. Are they gonna get the job done and the crowd riled up?! NOPE!

So don’t be afraid to just go for... worst case, no one joins... but that's what would have happened with no hype anyway 🩷

I think you get the idea 🙌 Take a minute to plan out who you want to invite, and how you plan to invite them. We will NOT be posting and praying, so to look at your planner and block off bits of time (doesn’t have to be much) that you can use to post, message, and text about the event.

CUSTOMER REGISTRATIONS

I will NOT be collecting Customer Registrations for this event. Because each customer will be paying $5 to participate, I don't need the registrations for drawings or raffles, because all customers will be included. This also keeps your customers data PRIVATE. I will share ways for you to collect your customers information through your own Registration Form (this will also save you time compared to previous events)

GUEST CONFIRMATION FORM:

AS SOON AS YOU PAY ME THE FEES, you will submit the information for the guests that have been paid for. Because customers are not registering with me, YOU will need to fill this out for each paid guest (it's super simple) so that I know who is participating, confirms that you submitted their payment to me, and has the added bonus of all customers being tied directly to their Seller for the event. Your guests will NOT be approved into the party group without filling this out.

Guests are also welcome to join the Party Group anytime. If they join after you've submitted payment for your other guests, you'll shoot me their fee, and put them on the form).


KEEPING SHIT ORGANIZED

I will be providing a tracking sheet for you to write down anyone interested in joining the Mega Party. You will be able to document that they expressed interest, that you sent them the registration, that they paid, and registered.

  • Once your guests are registered with you, there will be tools for you to keep track of where they are at with their orders (basically, their "status"), their Prize Pulls, and orders.
  • The cool thing about these tools is that if you choose to use them, at the end of the event, all of your Mega Party Shit (interested list, guests, orders, party totals, prizes you need) will all be in one spot. It's pretty fucking cool.
  • Customers can start shopping with RIGHT AWAY!

  • The earlier they shop, the earlier I pick their prizes, the better their chances are at the bigger prizes and they get into more rounds.

  • Customers will be ordering with you directly. They may tag you in posts, private message or text you. If you would like to them to order using PureShop, Shopify or Square sites, that's fine too, you will just use the appropriate script.

  • I will share a really cool custom Mega Party Order Form, and a video on how to use it. It will make discounting and adding onto their orders REALLY easy, and total everything for you. If I share it, and you think "NOPE" I will also share printable order forms, or you can use whatever system you currently use to take orders.

  • Don't forget, you won't be placing your orders until the end, unless you already happen to be placing an order with a Distributor. Buying in bulk often gives you increased discounts, or saves on shipping, so just order smart.

⚠️YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PRIZES except any Daily Giveaways that I do, or Large Prizes I offer.

Your Customers will receive ONE PRIZE PULL for every ONE ITEM they buy, throughout the whole event, they include:

  • Discounts
    These will be to use on additional items to use during this event only. They DO NOT get discounts on their first order. Discounts from the prize pulls will be valid during this event only! Discounts will range from 5% to 20% with the average being around 15%

  • Fun Surprise Gifties
    They have silly names, and I will tell you, but not the customers what they are. That gives you a little bit of freedom, since you are paying for them. I will give you really fun examples of things you can use as prizes for each.

  • Free Products
    Since you are responsible for the free products, you will have flexibility in terms of dollar value. I will be saying things like:

    A Free Mystery Product
    A Free Toy

    And you can decide based on her overall order if you want it to be a toy that cost you $5, or a toy that costs you $50. This is another reason to order everything at the end.

  • Product Gift Baskets
    I would appreciate you covering these with any inventory, however if needed, I will absolutely cover Gift Baskets for you, please just know that I may include any Brand of Product.

  • Large Prizes & Daily Giveaways
    I will pay for these!
    These are things like fancy Designer Gifts, or other more expensive items that I add to the Prize Pulls. I always try to find at least ONE Prize that customers get really hyped up about.

I will share prize specifics as we go! At the very end of the event, there will be a "Prize Submission Form" where you will submit any Prizes that you need me to pay for and ship out so that those get covered for you.

Most important thing?
Just remember, ONE Prize Pull per Product, then they USE those Prize Pulls to add additional items… they pay for those additional items, and get MORE Prize Pulls… and it just keeps going! Some purchase EVERY ROUND, we are talking orders over $1000 🙌

HOW WILL YOU BE DOING THE PRIZE PULLS?

  • When a customer orders and pays, you will be responsible for submitting their Prize Pulls using a form.

  • I will draw some Prize Pulls live, which is a big part of the fun. I WILL HAVE HELP documenting the Live Prize Pulls, however please know that if for some reason my awesome volunteers can't be on a live, you will be responsible for going in, watching it, and documenting those pulls for your customer. If this happens, you will be told on the Prize Pull Spreadsheet that you need to go and watch it, and it won't happen often, but if you don't want to risk it, and can't commit to watching that a portion of a Prize Pull Live Replay, you will be able to request that I NOT pull your customer live.

  • After each Prize Pull live, I will go in and update everyone else’s prize pull results on the Prize Pull Spreadsheet, and you will are responsible for letting your customers know what they won using the scripts provided. The sooner the better, so they can use them to add to their orders, and get in on the next round. This is a HUGE part of the upsell, and why these events are so successful.

HOW WILL I SUBMIT PRIZE PULLS?

Prize Pulls will be submitted to me via a Google Form! It will be quick and easy for you to use, so that I know who needs prize pulls and how many. Once ordering is open, and that’s available, I will share the link and specifics.

You will also be able to see the Prize Pull Spreadsheet, so you'll know who you've submitted, and see their results.


WILL THERE BE OTHER PRIZES?

Hell yeah there will be! In addition to the Prize Pulls, there will be...

  • DAILY GIVEAWAYS.
    Everyone in the Customer Group (and registered Customers not in the group) will be in to win, the sooner they are in the group or registered, the more daily drawings they will be in! Those will be large prizes, paid for by me.

  • VIP PRIZES
    There will be some sort of incentive for shopping (either based on products purchased, or overall spend)

    Customers SPEND BIG 💸 during this event! It's fun to reward them. The VIP LEVELS are NOT shared with the customers right away, I use it to generate more hype. If I dump everything up front, the event doesn't gain momentum (it robs the fun)

    I'll share details, so as long as you are following along as we go, you’ll be all set!

PLEASE BE INVOLVED AND HAVE FUN TOO!

Once the group opens up (we hype first, collect the fee, and then we open up the group) you and your customers will get a link to join!

Once the group is live...

Post approval will also be turned on, but you can help me out by posting fun theme related memes or games, then I can use them to post throughout the event! This just helps with filler, and makes sure it's not just the Lucy show!

Also, you don't have to watch all of the lives in the event. I will share any important information (because sometimes on Lives, I get excited and just blurt shit out, or change things up). But please be active in the group if possible. Comment on posts, like your customers stuff, engage with the customers.

MY ONLY ASK...

While you are answering questions, DO NOT SUGGEST SPECIFIC PRODUCTS, even if it's your customer, because someone else might see it... want it... and their Go To Gal isn't selling it.

Sometimes consultants get overly helpful, and while they don't mean to, they undermine that guests Independent Seller. You don't know what's going on behind the scenes, and it's especially important now that we won't all carry the same products.

THERE WILL BE A LIVE PARTY!

I ask for flexibility on the Live Party date, since every group is a little bit different. We might even split it into two parts. If I don't have any freedom, I shrivel up and my creativity dies. If I'm not having fun, your customers aren't having fun, you aren't having fun.

THE REPLAY WILL BE AVAILABLE, and it will be shared for anyone that isn't in the group, or can't attend.

There will also be CODE WORDS during the party for your guests that they can send to you so that you will know whether or not they caught the party live, and follow up appropriately (... and yup, there will be scripts.)

THERE WILL BE FOLLOW UP, and it's important! The more invested you in reaching out to your customers and using the scripts, the better you will do. Period.

You will need to be checking in on your guests, encouraging them to shop, asking them what else they want to add with their prize pulls. The scripts, and the trackers make that easier, but it does still take some time. The more guests you have in the party, the more time you will need to spend doing the follow ups.

I will share some hacks like using Project Broadcast or a group chat to share important information, but a lot of the follow up scripts are tailored to your Customer, and where she's at in the ordering process.

WRAPPING UP ORDERS

There WILL still be some gals that want to keep shopping. I will tell you how to do your own Prize Pulls IF YOU CHOOSE. Some of you will want to be done, but some of you will have a customer or two that started tuning in on the last day 😅

We don't want this party to go on forever, so while I go for as long as there's momentum, there will be a clear end date (just don't ask me what it is yet). You are also welcome to give your customers your OWN Order Deadline, and there will be verbiage for that too.

I also ask that you share your results, so that I know how we did!


PLACING YOUR ORDERS

  • Your customers will be made aware that shipping on Mega Party orders will take longer than usual, because items are not ordered until the end (because they can add at anytime, and until the end, you don't know exactly what prizes she earned.) So even if you have inventory, her order won't be shipped until it's 100% wrapped, and any prizes have been added and ordered as well.

  • You will want to place your orders towards the end of the event. I will share suggestions on when I would personally be placing those orders, and some Sellers order twice if they have an in home party and needed to order anyway. If you don't have another reason to order, WAIT so that you can order everything at once and save on shipping and possibly get better bulk pricing.

SUBMITTING LARGE PRIZES

  • There will be a Google Form you will submit to me if any of your customers win any large prizes from the Prize Pulls or Daily Giveaways. It will be shared at the end of the party.

STEP 1

It's time to start telling our customers about the Mega Party! The more you hype, the better your results. You can post multiple times a day! Share stories, go live in your group.

SCRIPTS WILL BE SHARED for every day below.

BUT FIRST:

  1. Review the overall steps above
  2. Fill out the Seller Registration
  3. Create your "Guest Tracker"

The Guest Tracker is optional, but it's a great way to keep track of who is interested, who registered and who joined the group.

Then you can use it to track when they order, are waiting for prize pulls, or are done. There's also a digital order form you can duplicate for each guest (but only if you are comfortable with Google Sheets) that will math for you.

Get prepped and organized!

1. Create your copy of the Customer Registration form so that it's ready to send. Click the link above, and it will make you YOUR OWN COPY. Just edit the text to include how they can pay you for the fee. You can do Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or create a product on your website. It's up to you!

  • If they are paying the fee on your website, you don't need a registration form, because when they pay the $5 they will be entering their customer details. That's all the form is for, however you won't collect the additional info.

  • The fee will be paid to me on the website using a card, so make sure you take payments in a way that allows you to submit the payments.

If you are using Project Broadcast, set up a keyword for:

and one for REGISTERED

The scripts will provide an auto reply to interested guests, and a second one to text you when they ACTUALLY register and pay. This will make sending them event details and updates super easy once we start rolling, because they are confirmed! You can also create a Group Chat on FB for registered Guests and share information there 🩷

There's one already made, just click the link, and update to include your payment details, and then make sure it's published:

2. Copy the Responder Link
3. Save that!

You will see REGISTRATION LINK in the scripts, you want to share the link you just copied!

This also means that you can tell your guests to share your registration form with friends (it will be in the scripts) so that there's no guess work, and you will be able to reach out to them!

This is a second option for those comfortable using their own sales platforms. You can create a $5 Entry Free PRODUCT, and have your guests purchase their Entry there - this will also collect their email address, address, phone number, etc. If you have all those details, you don't necessarily need a registration form, unless you want to ask additional questions like what's on their wish list, or if they are interested in having a party.
