Hostess Rumble

Capitalize on football season!
The purpose of this incentive is to get parties on your books and increase sales. Your goal is to have at least 8 parties held for the month of September. You will add your hostess names to the bracket and update their sales throughout the month as parties are held. Move them along the bracket as they beat their opponents until you get down to one champion. Your first place hostess will get the highest prize, and your runner up will get a prize as well. 

Keep the hype going all month long sharing teasers, talking about the draft, encouraging hostesses to gather extra orders after their parties to bump their sales up, etc. I would update and print your bracket before each party to show your hostess and guests their totals to beat.

Prizes

Your first and second place prize should be in addition to normal hostess gifts as a thank you for participating and holding the largest parties. These bags should be high in value but low in cost. Use sale items, special gifts, etc. You choose the prize amounts you want to give for your business. Don’t give away the farm, but make them generous enough for ladies to want to rally their friends and collect more sales for their parties. I recommend $150 value for 1st place and $100 value for 2nd place. Keep your cost below 50%. 

I recommend giving a “gift” to each hostess who participates to keep the hype and momentum going. Ex: Give their normal hostess freebie in a football gift bag at their party. Something like this one Amazon (cost breaks down to $.88 each) -

Booking

If you don’t already have a full September calendar, you’ll want to spend the rest of August gathering hostesses. Utilize texts, FB posts, stories, etc.

Example post:

I have 8 of these gift bags full of goodies to give away next month! Who wants one?

Then:

  • Follow up with a message to those who comment:
  • Hey NAME! 😍 I have something suuuuper fun up my sleeve! All September long, I’m giving away these gift bags to babes who grab their girlfriends together for a fun and free ladies night. You bring the friends, I bring the good vibes, tons of laughs, and freeee stuff. Are you in?!

They say “yes” (send this message and your open date calendar):

  • Heck yeah!! I’m so stoked for this because I’m even giving my top 2 hostesses a bonus $100 (or more) in freebies on top of my normal rewards!! I really hope one of them is you. 💖 The dates with footballs are open! Which one works best for you?

Hype

Send out texts and post in your groups or Facebook wall! The more often you post reminders, updates, shout out new hostesses, and talk about it all month, the better! They don't all have to be filled before "it starts"

When she says “yes”, send with your gift bag picture:

  • WHOOP!! All September long, I’m giving away these gift bags to gals who grab their girlfriends and get some together for a fun and free ladies night. You bring the ladies, I bring the good vibes, tons of laughs, and freeee stuff. Are you in?!

It's okay to send more than one text, just give it a little time, and then follow up with something like:

We have 6 women in my Hostess Rumble NAME! I'm looking for two more women that want to have some fun, and get hooked up with free products! You in?!
