They will be available until May 31st, or supplies run out.

You can download the Shopify or Square Export here if you want to add it to your store, and send a direct link to order, shoot out an email blast, or be able to add it easily to an invoice.

This campaign also just gives them the link to shop. We do a lot of sales that require some back and forth, so for this one, we are keeping it easy on your customers and changing up the pace! Adjust as needed.

If you get more sales when you follow up with your customers, make sure you work in a way to gauge their interest so that you can create a follow up list to reach back out.

You can also space everything out over a few days, that's usually more effective than hitting all their inboxes at once!

GRAPHIC TEMPLATES (3 STYLES) EDITABLE TESTER FORM EDITABLE FEEDBACK FORM

This is designed to be a BIG PUSH, and large Product Tester campaigns can bring in some serious cash. They require some follow up, and a little bit of front end work, like setting up a Google Doc, but they are so worth it. If you want to make this a smaller pop up, adjust as needed, but don't expect the same results 💗

This style of campaign is designed to launch 10-25 New Products.
You DO NOT have to have them all on hand, as long as you can order them.

DAY 1 - HYPE
DAY 2 - SHARE IT
DAY 3-4 - FOLLOW UP
DAY 5 - FINAL PUSH

You can run these campaigns quarterly, and they are a great way to gauge customer interest in new products before investing in inventory or adding them to your line. If no one buys them during a Product Testing campaign like this, it’s a pretty safe bet that it’s either a product that needs to be seen in person, or that it may be a hard sell.

STEPS:

Set a goal for how many testers you want to get, push until you hit it 🙌 There is NO SUCH THING as too much, unless you are hitting up customers that said NO.
Decide how many new products you want to launch and pick them out! Choose products from a few different categories. You don’t have to have items in every category, but just like a party, they are more likely to buy multiple items when they don’t compete:

Bath & Body (2-5)
Foreplay & Flavors (2-3)
Performance & Arousal (2-3)
Lube & Personal Care (2-3)
Fantasy & Furniture (or Fun) (1-3)
Toys (3-7)
Work out your pricing, based on what products cost you. 15-20% off is a solid discount, usually the more expensive products benefit from a better discount. For any tiered deals, do:

1 for 10% off
2 for 15% off
3 for 20% off

This is a great way to encourage them to try multiple flavors, or multiple scents.
Create a Google Form!

You can put all the new products on your site under a NEW Collection, and share a direct link if you choose, but especially with a campaign like this, and assuming you want to gauge interest, nothing beats a Google Form. It's easy, visual and gives you all the customer data in one place. Especially when you are promoting something by text, on social, and possibly by email, it’s nice after a campaign like this to upload all the data into all your platforms to make sure these customers are getting all your marketing.

SOME NOTES ON THE GOOGLE FORM:

• There's a reason First Name & Last name are separate on the Form! It makes uploading into Project Broadcast, Square, Shopify, wherever easier!

• Because you are picking your own products, there are EXAMPLE PRODUCT BLOCKS. If you continue scrolling, there are also Category headings. To add products to the form, use the most appropriate example, fill in the name, description and options, and then DRAG IT down to the correct category. To use that same format again, just hit duplicate, drag that one to the correct spot, and repeat until everything is laid out correctly. Delete any example blocks you don't use.

One example is 3 “Blocks” that I used for Pure Instinct, because I wanted to offer all the scents, and I wanted them to be able to buy more than one, that meant a block for the product details, a block for scents, and a block for how many bottles... but I also sold almost $1200 just in pheromone rollers by giving them the option of trying multiple scents 😉 so the effort up front was worth it. Have them pick the scents or flavors they are INTERESTED IN first... and that's what I put on the invoice. Most of the time, if they select multiple scents or flavors, they will select the appropriate price, but if they don't it's a really great upsell opportunity.

• Take the time to Insert images! You don't have to do it for each product, but using lifestyle images is a GREAT way to show off a few key products. Just highlight some main ones that you are the most excited about, but if you want to add products for each, you can. You should however put a PRODUCT IMAGE of each toy.

• Don't split the form into sections. If they need to go back, it's a beast. Doing them all in one makes it long, but it's a lot easier for your customers to scroll everything when it's just all there.

Have a “Get Em List” so that you can keep track of people, or make notes to your Google Form Response Spreadsheet (make a second tab at the bottom, and document who you may need to follow up with and why).
Use Project Broadcast Tags for this campaign! Before sending out a text, check your Project Broadcast tags and see if you have any Tester Tags from previous campaigns. Combine them into a new tag list called PAST TESTERS. This gives you a hot list for future Product Testing promotions (and when you are done with this campaign, add all the TESTERS to the PAST list, and then in the future, wash, rinse, repeat).

For this campaign, you will want these tags:

TESTER
TESTER DONE

And optional, TESTER NO Tag lists. I usually create a No list when I know I will be sending out multiple text blasts about a promotion, because I don’t want to continue to hit up anyone that said they weren’t interested at any point. Use this tag list to remove those contacts from any blasts.

*Don’t add your current list to your past list and and delete the TESTER DONE tag list until after you send out the survey and discount reminder.

Last note:
There’s lots of ways to launch new products, mystery products, bundles, themed launches, and so many others. We will continue to provide different styles, but this is a tried and true campaign you can continue to utilize.

So here's the verbiage for when they fill out the Google Form to be product testers, and pick out their products! For info on creating the form, see the above instructions.

WHEN THEY FILL IT OUT:

Text or message them, and attach a screenshot of their cart, or list the products they picked between the two paragraphs.

I CROP OUT the grand total on purpose, and all the items have the prices next to them if they need to do the math.

Got your product testing stuff ready!!! Does all this look correct? 🩷 Did I miss anything?

And was there anything else from the "main catalog" you needed? If you want that link real quick, let me know!

(Also, this shows the discounted prices, but you saved like $_____ so far!)

THEN WAIT FOR A RESPONSE

At this point, I also remove them from my "TESTER" Tag list, and tag them with "TESTER DONE". I know they aren't done done yet, but I don't want them getting the follow up telling them to fill the form out.

I keep them on my Get Em List, so I know to keep following up on their payment.

IF THEY SAY NO:

Send their total with tax and shipping, and ask Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Card, and wrap up their order!

IF THEY SAY YES:

Send the link if they asked, or if they sent you a few more products, add those additional items to their "cart". Feel free to add in a little "You sure that's everything?" before sending them their total.

IF THEY DON'T RESPOND:

Give it a day or two and if they don't reach out to you, send them their total and ask about payment information.

Don’t forget to follow up with anyone that asked for the catalog, but didn't send you additional items, or gals that need to pay throughout the whole campaign.

Today is some hype before you drop the details tomorrow, and makes people feel like they can get in on it before everyone else!

You can also get your Text Keywords ready (if you want to get people in your Project Broadcast, include your phone number in the post, and have them text the word. Then bump the post by commenting "NAME!! Thanks for texting!" and get your "Get Em List" ready.

So far this new product has been a hit with the gals that have hit me up to be Product Testers so far!! It’s all about quiet sex appeal, confidence and great vibrations.... And I’ve never had something that hit quite like this 🙌

Send this to everyone that's on your "TESTER" list (so everyone that was interested). It's good practice to remove anyone that has ordered so far so you aren't being spammy (or they panic something was wrong with their order)

The goal of this text is to drop a variety of different items in the text, so that if they haven't been curious and peeked at the Google Form... they are now!

These new products are POPPIN' 🍋 So far, there's a few stand outs for sure! The Tease ring, different scents of Pheromones, Sync Up and of course, some of the butt stuff (that's always the way 🤣) have all been really popular! But it looks like everything is getting some love!

Day 5 is optional if you are still pushing for orders. It is 100% okay to send one more follow up, and do a final post (I would). It probably feels like you are up their butts, but here's the deal. You've sent TWO texts, and posted once a day, which they may not have even seen. You've checked in with the people interested.

It's a lot for us... but it's not too much for them.

POST 5:

Include a selfie of you working.
Reminder, fill in the copy paste text with details applicable to the products.

I'm still working on PRODUCT TESTERS and getting invoices out so you guys get the killer "try it out" savings! Which means you still have a tiny bit more time if you want to check them out! 👀

WHEN THEY FILL IT OUT:

Shoot them a text to thank them, and send them a bonus discount that's valid for about a month. This is one of the few times I send them to my website, so that they have to look at everything!

Some tips on bonus discount:

No one will use it (or very few) will use it if you don't remind them. So it's a nice gesture with very little pay out if you don't want to remind them about it.
If you DO want to remind them, it can be a good way of getting a couple orders.
Since you'll probably forget... as soon as you send them this THANK YOU text, immediately drop the reminder into the chat and SCHEDULE it for 28 days out.

OR you can make sure that your "TESTER DONE" tag list is accurate, and schedule a campaign for 28 days out to all of them.

The bonus? You'll forget you did it, and it's kinda cool to get a random order 😅
