- Want to increase your email subscribers?
Use some of the email content for teasers on your socials, or as tips & tricks text messages. Then tell them that if they want more detail and regular Sexual Wellness information to subscribe (then include details on how they sign up for your emails) - Remember that email is a long game!
It's also a way lower conversion rate than what you might be used to (if you message 10 people, you might get one bite... if you email 1000 people, you might get one bite...). That's why continuing to build your funnel and getting new subscribers matters. Emails can also get stale, and if you are just starting out, you might have 50% of your emails be stale leads. That's okay, don't sweat it. - Personalize them
by inserting a "First Name" field when you can. Also, if you have both men and women on your email list, make sure you make things as generic as possible by not assuming your audience. - Create custom collections to increase conversion (advanced)
Depending on your goal and comfort level, if there's an email that talks about a certain type of product, or let's say Menopause, you can create a Collection for "Menopause" and link that as your button. So instead of a Shop Now button that takes them to your home page, it would directly take them to the 5 curated Menopause recommendations, making searching and shopping easier 😉 - Eye catching graphics
Don't worry about header images not matching products you carry (unless you are specifically selling a certain item in the email). No one will EVER (okay, probably not ever) ask for it. It's just about capturing their attention. - Add a little formatting
Like putting the text into bullet points, adding some bold or italics (I'm working on getting the copy paste to work to include these, but for now, it's doesn't! - Include your Important Details
Make sure your emails have links to your socials (you can even add buttons to click to follow instead of the little icons). You also want to make sure they can shop easily, or contact you. It's also okay to include a photo of you in the email, or in the footer so they know who you are.
