SOMETHINGS COMING (OPT IN)

Goal: The goal of this text campaign is to start segmenting your customers into more usable text lists. As you start to increase your text messaging, you are also increasing your costs, and not everyone on your list wants to hear from you all the time... but that doesn't mean they don't want to hear from you at all. By occasionally asking your customers to "opt in" to more text messaging, you can engage with those customers more regularly, without risking more unsubscribes. I use tags to segment my customers. here's the general gist of my tags (name them things that make sense to you):

1. GIVES A SHIT LIST (top priority, said yes to all texts)
2. THE MID LIST (said yes to 1-2 texts per month)
3. THE REST LIST (said yes to texts, but haven't responded, or opted into anything)

Hey NAME! I'm so excited about my business right now. Hot new stuff, some fun seasonal items, and I'm starting to get my life right 😆 That means better s@les, self care and spicy tips, and text exclusives! Since I don't want to spam you, text me the word INSIDER if you want to make sure you stay in the loop!

TO ADD THE "INSIDERS" to your "GIVES A SHIT" FOR THE FUTURE:

Project Broadcast Steps:

1. After sending a text like this, wait a few days for responses.
2. Then you need to add these "INSIDER" contacts to your Gives A Shit tag list
3. In Project Broadcast, go to Audience > Tags
4. Click on your "Gives A Shit" Tag
5. Look for the > symbol near the list of contacts, and click it
6. Top Right corner, hit the + symbol
7. Then click the Tag Symbol
8. Search for the INSIDER Tag, and hit the check mark
9. Then bottom left, hit ADD ALL
10. Now everyone with the INSIDER Tag is in your "Gives A Shit" list
