Will forever be my favorite! My son used it when he was in the dance company. I use it on my shoulders after using my weights. It's something the whole family uses.
I use it a lot with aches and pains as they arise, but use it daily on my feet. I was a trained professional dancer and my feet are WRECKED. This stuff helps me more than my custom orthotics. I put it on before a long day on my feet and then again after and I can still walk the next morning.
My shoulders and lower back thank me when I use this. Love that it doesn't have an overpowering smell.
