Directions:

Step 1:
Charge vFit for 12 hours

Step 2:
Download the Joylux App (link to app store download)
Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3:
Use the Joylux Photonic Gel for a 45% increase in light power as well as ease of insertion.

Step 4:
Insert vFit into the vagina until the light window is completely inside.

Step 5:
Turn on device, chose your light mode and use for 8-12 minutes every other day.
